Regulatory Affairs Manager(일반 의약품)/BHC
Job Description:
- Registration and maintenance the existing product licenses for CC products
- Timely collect the optimal registration dossier from RA team in global
- Estimate, evaluate and update the regulatory environment / requirement and to take appropriate actions for the products
- Report to CDH registration status, timeline and problems to be solved
- Provide relevant dept., especially CC marketing, all information which are related regulatory affairs.
- Compile and submit the application for marketing approval by Health Authorities.
- Develop new products roll out plan in line with CC growth strategy.
- Timely report and deal with safety issues or customer/consumer’s complaint which are related CC products.
- Coordinate the price issues with MA people for CC products
- Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and BHC ethical business practices


Requirements:
* Education :
- University graduate
- Pharmacist preferred
* Personal Specification :
- Profound knowledge of regulations and its requirements
- Ability to produce highly qualified applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with persuasive, assertive and negotiating skills
- Good command of English in writing and speaking
- Good understanding of Consumer care products including foods
- Clean track record
- Positive attitude
* Experience :
- Minimum 5 years experience in RA field for OTC products including foods, Cosmetics
