Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the PR/Communications such as voucher circulation, inventory management, file documentation and purchase request.
- Perform basic office duties such as answering the telephone, direct calls, emails and fax
- Responsible for maintenance of office supplies including picking up mails and newspapers while handling the team members quick request if necessary
- Keep updates of mailing, filing, database systems and inventory using the computer.
- Participate on tasks requiring added assistance and help the office secretary if needed.
Provide administrative support on organizing events or meeting when necessary


Requirements:
University/College student or graduate
- Good command of English in listening, speaking and writing
- Conscientious about administration and able to work at a detailed level
- Strong administrative skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office products, email and internet
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good grasp of team work and effective admin processes in a professional environment
