1. [Topline management] Implementing T&O segment annual sales plans by brand/ segment, channel in order to achieve monthly and quarterly business target for effective top line management.

[Go-to Market strategy] Creating customized offering including push and pull sales activities from price, distribution and customer service, etc to deliver right product value to the market to target customer groups from customer segmentation reflecting their behavior and characteristics. Trying to foresee all business situations to prepare right response to reach business target.
3. [Customer and Channel marketing] developing customer engagement programs and demand generation activities for each channel like KAM, off line and on-line channels. Conducting field marketing and product demo test trials, events, training etc. to build strong customer database for sustainable business.
4. [Commercial excellence] Proposing commercial policy to enhance business foundation. Using rebate, discount, loyalty and incentive schemes for each channel to establish win-win strategy aligned with business objectives. Handling proper order management process and monitoring market inventory levels regularly to mitigate any business risks.
5. [Market intelligence] Gathering customer’s insight and market trends regularly. Analyzing market dynamics and monitoring key activities of competitors, new research and changing government policy. Planning and conducting market research (survey) and focus groups interviews when needed to know customer needs/demands.
6. [Product Supply Management] Manages annual T&O product supply plan based on yearly sales forecast that includes direct, indirect sales and bulk business coordination.
A. Knowledge equivalent to BS/BA degree in business, marketing or chemical field plus minimum 3 years in working cross functionally as with sales, marketing and finance.
B. Exceptional knowledge of ES business landscape and how to impact the given market in short& long term base.
C. Proven negotiation skills- In depth experience aligning multiple teams with conflicting objectives to a common outcome. Proven ability to develop win-win solution to complex situation. Superior problem solving skills.
D. Superior interpersonal skill with collaborative mindset to communicate all relevant parties; Internal& external to fulfill the business objectives.
E. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Korean and English.
